- Logistics and Operations – Plans corridors and schedules, slots and unloading windows, selects the transport mode — sea, rail or road — monitors ETA and manages deviations.
- Quality and Compliance – Responsible for quality protocols, securing standards, traceability, regulatory compliance and the complaint / clarification path in case of discrepancies.
- Finance and Settlements – Handles risk control, settlements, cost documents, payment discipline and contract settlement processes.
- Marketing and E-commerce Channel — B2C – Develops communication, retail sales, product materials and ready-to-implement standards — product sheets, descriptions, layouts and POS materials.
