We communicate quickly and specifically, using checklists and making sure every topic is properly closed. During the season, we operate in Plan A / B / C mode, with ready procedures and escalation paths to maintain supply continuity.

Onboarding at Carmex

Onboarding and Development

New team members go through process-based onboarding covering products, logistics, quality, documentation and work tools. From day one, you receive an onboarding checklist, a dedicated mentor and clear goals for the first 2–4 weeks, so you can quickly get up to speed without chaos.

We are looking for a sales representative who will develop biomass sales — pellets and agro-biomass — to B2B customers: the energy sector, district heating plants, industry and distributors.
