We review the basic product information, available volumes, origin, complete documentation, and formal compliance. We confirm the parameters through external testing, and only then do we proceed with the Delivery Trial. We assess production, storage, loading, quality control, and traceability in order to eliminate risks before entering into regular supply.
We carry out 1–3 trial deliveries and verify operational aspects such as cargo protection, timelines, completeness of documentation, and batch compliance with the end customer’s requirements.

Depending on the product category (biomass vs. coal), we verify batch parameters as well as cleanliness standards and transport protection requirements.
Biomass requires stable quality over time - we confirm batch parameters and eliminate contaminants that may affect installation performance and emissions.
For coal, the key factors are the parameters confirmed by protocol and fraction (grain size) control, so the fuel can be matched to burners and combustion conditions.

The next stage is an audit (remote or on-site) and a delivery trial combined with testing to confirm parameters and consistency. After successful qualification, we move to long-term cooperation: we agree on the schedule, delivery slots, KPIs, and settlement terms.
